Excused where Mark Goodman, John Starr and Roger Haneman. Public Comments: Emzy Benazy III Posted food facility ratings. Emzy pointed out that transfat decrease heart disease. .5 grams of transfat is the norm. We need to look at food facilities and try to do something that New York does. Look at the ingredients and if it is not listed they need a letter from the supplier letting them know what the transfat percentage is. These are trends that are happening in the food industries and we need to be at the forfront of it. Nicholas. It is similar to a laundry over a store. Don said maybe it is the water usage and that it presents a dirty thing similar to dog excretion on the mall. Terry said CCLC tries to think out of the box. Fred said Don has a valid issue. Fred suggested to the applicant that they have a comprehensive plan. Mitch pointed out that restaurants use a lot of water. Andrew said there was groomer in New York and we e nghe window e window. People would walk by to see what dog getting groomed. Andrew suggested the applicant have a backup plan and know where you are going to send the dog for the evening in case the owner doesn't make it back. Andrew said the winter might be tougher. Fred commented that it is a total success. Terry asked the board what they have heard in the downing of the economy. I have two paid reservations. I hav g business in town as I can. Ritz Calton has not one single client. The St. Regis is way down, the Jerome is way down and so is the Little Nell. SAS counts for 10% of my business. I am sending out p clients a 30%l reduction getting on the telephone and offering for my repeat in rooms. I am extremely concerned as I am a small business. Parking Meters: Don would like to know why parking is collecting money on Sunday? They can program the machines so that they don't take the money.
