Re: Permission To Apply For Conditional Use Permit
Dear Ms. Woods:
As you may know, Savanah Limited Partnership ("Savanah") has agreed to allow the
sponsors of the Intemational Outdoor Festival (the "Festival") to use the Silver Circle Ice Rink
during the Festival which is scheduled to take place in late August. The organizers of the
Festival have informed Savanah that they are also interested in using portions of Dean Street
located in front of the Grand Aspen Hotel to host various events and activities during the
Festival. Please consider this letter as authorization from Savanah Limited Partnership for the
organizers of the Festival to apply to the City of Aspen for temporary use of that portion of Dean
Street located in front of the Grand Aspen Hotel in connection with the Festival activities.
