The unmown edge will be extended to meet a proposed gravel trail, and native accent shrub plantings will provide extra interest and seasonal character.4) Existing 300 Building: all existing trees along the street adjacent to the existing 300 building will be removed. Five new trees are proposed, with larger planting areas than existing and offset from the face of the building, for improved tree health and longevity.
