The Supplemental Map shows the as-built condition of Unit B3, in accordance with previous approvals of bedroom additions by the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council. As also discussed, we will be forwarding a Supplemental Condominium Map No. 2 to you upon its completion that will show the as-built condition of all of the other approved bedroom additions to various Aspen Club Condominiums. We are planning to record the Map on or before April 28, 1989 in conjunction with a closing on the sale of Unit B3. Accordingly, we would appreciate your signing the Map and forwarding it to the Engineering Department for its signature as promptly as possible.
