Mayor Skadron called the continued meeting to order at 5:25 p.m. With Councilmembers Mullins,
Frisch, Daily and Romero present.
Councilman Frisch moved to go into executive session at 5:25 p.m. pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b)
Conferences with an attorney for the local public body for the purposes of receiving legal advice on
specific legal questions and (e) Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to
negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators; seconded by
Councilwoman Romero. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilman Frisch moved to come out of executive session at 6:30 p.m.; seconded by Councilman
Romero. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilman Romero moved to adjourn at 6:30 p.m.; seconded by Councilman Daily. All in favor, motion
carried.
Council left chambers at 6:30 p.m.
