As we discussed, the property was previously condominiumized and the restated condominium map enclosed for your review is being recorded to reflect the changes that have taken place in conjunction with the new construction. I have included authorization from Alan Hassenflu, the Managing Partner of Unit 1, and authorization from Patrick McAllister, the Manager for the LLC, which owns Unit 2. As spelled out in the Land Use Application, the address for the Duplex is 1130 and 1134 Cemetery Lane.
