matter which was approved by the City Council at their August
12th meeting.

ASSIGNMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Aspen granted certain encroachment
licenses to Ralph Melville and Marian H. Melville by instrument
recorded in Book 316 at Page 256, and to Ralph Melville by
instrument recorded in Book 491 at Page 940, all in the records
of Pitkin County, Colorado (the Encroachment Licenses); and
WHEREAS, the Encroachment Licenses are for the benefit of
Lots E, F, G, H and I, Block 84, City and Townsite of Aspen (the
Property); and
WHEREAS, the Property is owned by Mountain Chalet
Enterprises, Inc., a Colorado corporation, of which Ralph
Melville and Marian H. Melville are the controlling shareholders,
and Ralph Melville and Marian H. Melville desire to assign all of
their right, title and interest in the Encroachment Licenses to
Mountain Chalet Enterprises, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, for valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, Ralph Melville and Marian H.
Melville hereby transfer and assign to Mountain Chalet
Enterprises, Inc. all of their right, title and interest in the
Encroachment Licenses.
