The Snow Queen Lodge is located at 124 E. Cooper Ave. The
legal address being the East 1/2 of lot P & lot Q, Block 69, City
of Aspen. We the owners wish to state that we recognize that our
fence in front of the lodge is located within the East Cooper
Avenue right -of -way. Should the City desire the use of said
right -of -way, we will remove the fence or move it so that it lies
on our property.
