Mayor Ireland called the meeting to order at 5:20 PM with Councilmembers Frisch, Skadron, Johnson
and Torre present.
Mayor Ireland moved to go into executive session at 5:20 PM pursuant to C.R.S. 24- 6- 402(4)(b)
Conferences with an attorney for the local public body for the purposes of receiving legal advice on
specific legal questions; seconded by Councilman Johnson. City Attorney John Worcester said there are
three separate topics of discussion; Marks v. Koch Court of Appeals decision, Castle Creek Energy
Center/ SOS, and one that cannot be disclosed. All in favor, motion carried.
Present are Jim True, John Worcester, Randy Ready, Barry Crook and Kathryn Koch.
Councilman Johnson moved to come out of executive session at 6 PM; seconded by Mayor Ireland. All
in favor, motion carried.
Councilman Torre moved to adjourn at 6 PM; seconded by Mayor Ireland. All in favor, motion carried.
