STAFF COMMENTS: Pursuant to Section 24-7-1007, which was asnrecen amended in 1993, the applicant subdivision exemption plat to the Planning Director for review. The Engineering Department and Planning staff have reviewed the submitted plat. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the subdivision exemption to condominiumize the new duplex at 1 5 and 851 Gibson Avenue with the following conditions of app 1.
