WAIVER OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
According to Section 4.2, Special Meetings, of the Charter of the City of Aspen,
special meetings may be held on shorter notice if all members of the Council are present
or have waived notice thereof in writing. We, the undersigned, hereby waive written
notice of the special meeting called for Tuesday, February 28, 2012, at 4:30 p.m. in the
City Council Chambers, 130 S. Galena, Aspen, CO 81611.
