Hill - 163 Park Ave. DATE: June 12, 1975 This request is to add a porch and entry way to an existing structure located on the west side of Park Avenue approximately 70' north of Hopkins Avenue. Due to the proximity of the subject of subject tract to the Roaring Fork River, stream margin review is required prior to issuance of a building permit. The existing building is located 45' on a horizontal plane from the river but is 20 plus feet above the river. It is anticipated that there will be no adverse environmental impacts as a result of the proposed addition. It is the Planning Office recommendation that stream margin review approval be granted condition upon agreement by the applicant that any disruption to the natural cover or contour be repaired and that a fishermen's access along the river be granted.
