RE: Stream Margin Review for Maxwell Aley
The engineering department has reviewed the stream mar-
gin review and recommends approval subject to the follow-,
ing condition
1) Moving the east edge of the proposed house to provide
a minimum of 7. 5 feet to 10 .0 feet between the edge
of the proposed house and the overhead power utility
lines.

RE: Maxwell 'Aley - Stream Margin Revue.
DATE: December 1, 1978
We have a request from Maxwell Aley for Stream Margin approval with regard
to his proposed home to be located on lot 7, Block 1, Red Butte Subdivision.
After conducting a site inspection and reviewing the plat, Engineering
recommends approval be conditioned upon moving the eastern edge of the
proposed house to provide a minimum of 7.5 feet to 10.0 feet between the
edge of the proposed house and the overhead power utility lines.
