At the July 9`h hearing the Applicant made a presentation on their amended townhome application but then discussed the potential for a lodge development at the site. The Applicant is willing to consider a lodge development at the site over the next few months but will need to "suspend" their current amended townhome application during the review process of the lodge and have the ability to revive the application if a lodging project is not approved or if the lodging application is withdrawn by the Applicant. Also in the July 23 d council packet is a request to extend the vested rights of the existing townhome entitlements during the lodge review.
