Meeting Minutes

2:30pm to 4:30pm
In Attendance:
Board Members: Brooks Bryant, Patrick Keelty, Gordon Gerson, Karen Pillsbury
and Scott Writer.
Staff Member(s): Tim Anderson, Jon Larson, and JoJo Smith

I. Call to order— Scott Writer, Chairman
Committee member comments and announcements: No comments

Staff Comments: No comments
Approval of Past Minutes: Minutes from September 4, 2012 were
approved.
II. Discussion Items:
1. Annual Maintenance Closure (Sept. 8rh thru 23rd): User groups would
like to have more notice on annual maintenance time frames. Tim stated
he let everyone know as soon as he knew.
2. Fall Face Off Fall Face is full for all three weekends. Parking will be an
issue since there are two major events scheduled as well as the swap meet
for ski gear. Highlands parking is available.
