Butera Gentlemen: I am in receipt of the form notice advising of the above request for variance to be considered at a meeting held February 27, 1986. As I read the request for variance if it is granted the property in question will have less than twenty-five percent (25%) open space presently required for the zoning category covering the property in question. As a unit owner in Aspen Square I am opposed to any variance that will result in less open space than required by the zoning category covering the property in question. Yo'~~1;J~ Chas G.
