Francis Street (Block 21, Lot Pl. The addition will cover approximately 52 square feet and extend into the five (5) foot side yard setback requirement of the Residential Six (R 6) zoning category of the Aspen Municipal Zoning Code. The reason for my request is to eliminate the potentially dangerous ice buildup. that occurs at the side entrance during winter months and to avoid the most severe conditions that occurred last winter when the entrance became unuseable. I I have submitted the following information to explain my request and to further document the need for such a roof structure. o Drawings of the proposed roof structure o Names and addresses of adjacent property owners o A recent official improvements survey that documents the relationship of my house to the property lines. o A letter from the adjacent property owner stating her approval of my request.
