" ~~ DATE . PERMIT REJECTED. DATE APPLICATION FILED MAILED '" DECISION DATE IF HEARING SECRETARY ... The particular addition is being considered due to the physical demands of Mrs Margaret A. Rountree, age 82. mother of Mrs Herman Edel. Mrs Rountree is incapable of climbing steps and therefore must stay on the ground floor. There are no facilities (Bedroom and full bath) available on the ground floor. Mrs Rountree has no other place to live so accommodation must be made in the Edel household. We are asking for the waiver of one additional off-street parking space. Currently there are four off-street parking spaces for three existing Bedrooms plus Mr Edel's office (which is Officially considered as a Bedroom, though not used as such). Further it should be noted that Mrs Rountree does not drive, therefore not adding a car to the premises, and during most of the year the Edel's have just one car on the premises.
