DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED EXCEPTION SH0\4ING JUSTIFICATIONS: A variance is requested from setback requirements to extend a roof overhang 1.9 feet on East side and 4.0 feet on North side to connect the two new units into existing improvements. The existiWJi+mpr?y~1M>,,, "I U.iJi; were constructed in 1883 and are in violation of current setback, creating a hardship for design of the new units.
