A recent survey reveals that Lot 14 is 14,982 square feet, 18 square feet short of the required 15,000 square feet necessaIy for a duplex lot in that location. Historically, this lot has been treated as a duplex lot. All of the lots surrounding it are duplex lots. A mistake in the initial survey requires a forced closure which is why this lot rreasures less than the intended 15,000 square feet.
