Galena Aspen, Colorado 81611 Gentlemen: I've received the notice of a public hearing on case #76-18 and unfortunately will not be able to attend the hearing. However, I would like to go on record as requesting that the Board of Adjustment grant the variance requested by Julie Hane. My residence is at 727 Bay Street - almost directly across the street from Julie, and I also own the unimproved lot which is directly across the street from Julie. We are virtually the only people who can see Julie's house as all the other residences in Oklahoma Flats are facing a different direction or are so far removed that they cannot see the house. Also, since the house is almost at the end of a dead end street there is no problem from traffic passing by. I hope the board will act favorably on Julie's request. Sincerely, ~~~ Nick Coates NC:jg cc: Julie Hane
