Mason Address Doremus/Fleisher/Mason Company P. O. Box 15000, Aspen, Colo. 81611 Owner Fleishpr/Dplpvnti/nplpvnti Address ~'rimo rlC: rlhn\1o) Location of Property ur Subdivision ~v~s~on B & Lot No. Building Permit Application and prints or any other pertinent data must accompany this application, and will be made a part of CASE NO. 7'I-S- The Board will return this application if it does not contain all the facts in question. Description of proposed exception showing justifications: Because of the slight downward grade of the property on the west, the proposed building height exceeds the topography of the land by 29 feet on that end of the property. Having to lower the building one foot will prevent us from hooking up to the sewer system because there is n04 enough drop in elevation. We would like to ret~in the.building ~leyatibn as shown to alleviate the sewer problem and avold puttlng the 5ulldlng so far below grade at the east end. Provisions of the Zoning Ordinance requ~r~ng the Building Inspector to forward this application to the Board of Adjustment and reason for not grant.ing permit: Application is made for a building permit to build a 10 unit multiple family dwelling. The proposed dwelling is 29 feet high. The maximum height of buildings in the AR-l District is 28 feet.
