Galena Aspen, Colorado Gentlemen: This is to acknowledge receipt of a Notice of Public Hearing for a Height Variance, Case #72-13, which was received by me on June 5, 1972. I am the owner of Lots 22 and 23 immediately across the street from the subject Lot #36, Since it appears to me that some of the existing homes on the north side of the street may exceed the 25[ limit, and considering the steepness of Lot 36, I can find no objection to the variance providing the requested height generally conforms to existing buildings, Sincerely, WEBER and NICHOLSON, AlA ~.~ A.
