NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment
for the City of Aspen, Colorado, will hold public hearings on
Friday, the 1st day of April, 1960, at 7:30 F.M. in the Council
Room, City Hall, Aspen, Colorado, upon a petition filed by
Robert Hurst requesting a variance to permit a residence to
extend into the set..back area on the East one-half of IDt E,
and IDts F, G, H and I, in Block 29, Aspen, and a variance to
permit a residence to extend into the set-back area on IDts H
and I, in Block 35, Aspen.
