Francis Whitaker, Vice Chairman, called the meeting to order with
no other members present.
NEW BUST

Gideon Kaufman, applicant's attorney, said the posting of the
sign had not been done in the proper time frame. Mr. Whitaker
and Paul Taddune, City Attorney, said because of the possibility
of opposition to this case they thought it appropriate that this
hearing/case be voided and renoticed for another hearing .
Mr. Kaufman commented that notice requirements to 200 people was
expensive and ridiculous for a small variance.
Whitaker said this hearing was void because the property was not
properly posted. The process will begin over again and will be
renoticed appropriately.
Whitaker adjourned the meeting.
