BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT APRIL 23, 1992
Chairman Remo Lavagnino called meeting to order at 4 : OOpm.
Answering roll call were Ron Erickson, Charlie Paterson, Josephine
Mann and Remo Lavagnino.
CASE #92-3
ASPEN EAST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
CONTINUED
Remo: The applicant has not shown up. So at this time I would
entertain a motion to dismiss this case.
MOTION
Ron: I move that Case #92-3 be dismissed without granting the
variance.
Charlie seconded the motion with all in favor.
Members wanted it put into the record this does not deny the
applicant from applying for a variance in the future. But that he
does have to re-notice and re-apply and pay new fees as though it
were a new application.
Ron then made a motion to adjourn.
Charlie seconded the motion with all in favor. Time was 4 : 08pm.
Josephine Mann then told fellow members of the Board that she is
not going to re-apply as a member of the Board of Adjustment.
Everyone expressed they were sorry to see her go and wished her
well in her future plans.
