Pursuant to C.R.S. Section 24-6-402 (4)(b) Conferences with an attorney for the local public
body for the purposes of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions. (4)(e) Determining
positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for
negotiations; and instructing negotiators and (4)(f) Personnel.
The specific items of discussion in executive session involves the following:
•Aspen Board of Realtors, Inc., v. City of Aspen,
Pitkin County Case Number: 2021CV030131
•City Manager Review and contract negotiation.
