REGULAR MEETING COMMERCIAL CORE & LODGING COMMISSION JANUARY 26, 2021
Chairperson Jeb Ball called the meeting to order at 8:35 am.
Commissioners in attendance: Jeb Ball, Angi Wang, Terry Butler, Charles Cunniffe, Kiki Raj, Bill Dinsmoor
and Amanda Tanaka were present. Adam Malmgren was absent.
Staff present:
Mike Sear, Deputy City Clerk
Other attendees:
Ward Hauenstein, City Council representative
Kathy Strickland, Aspen Saturday Market manager
SATURDAY MARKET – VENDOR EVALUATIONS
Mr. Ball started the agenda item of Saturday Market vendor applications review.
The commissioners started their review of market applications.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – January 19th, 2021
Ms. Raj motioned to approve the minutes from January 19th, 2022. Ms. Wang seconded. All in favor,
motion passed.
APPROVAL OF SATURDAY MARKET MANAGER’S CONTRACT
Mr. Cunniffe motioned to approve the contract with Kathy Strickland as Aspen Saturday Market
Manager. Mr. Ball seconded. All in favor, motion passed.
