Cooper Ave., Suite 106 Dear Roxanne: I'm writing to you regarding our telephone conversation of September 28. We would like to obtain permission to install an awning on our storefront at the above mentioned address. Our proposed awning will look exactly like the awning next door on suites 105 (Aspen Sweater Company) and 104 (Art of Optics), except it will be retractable. We feel this section of the building looks somewhat off balance because the awning starts at one end of the storefront, suite 104, and stops at suite 105. leaving suite 106 without an awning. The awning will be approximately 14'8" in length with a 6" projection and 14" drop. The fabric is called "Pee Gee" and the green color will match the existing awnings. We would also like to have our name, "CHICO'S Casual Clothing" hand painted on the awning in white. This area of the building is recessed, so we'd like "CHICO'S" in 12" letters and "Casual Clothing" in 8" letters, to provide for better visibility from the street. Roxanne Eflin September 29, 1992 Page Two As you can see from the photographs, all of the awnings on the Aspen Grove Building are in the same color and style. I can assure you that our awning will match these quite well and further enhance the design of the building. Please let me know if I can provide you with any additional information. We are planning our Grand Opening for October 22, and would like to have the awning in place prior to that date if possible.
