Indicate plat note regarding easement on lower level across otrer lots for the benefit of accessing the lower level of Lot 2. Please point it out if it already exists. 2. Building 2 is very similar to Building 8 in that it is a mixed use building that includes Tourist Accommodation Units, a Deed Restricted Rental Unit, as well as plaza level retail. We tried to incorporate all of Nick Adeh's comments on previous maps regarding snow storage, trash storage, etc. on this Lot 2 map to reduce the revision time. In addition, Alpine Engineering, the surveyor, has contacted Nick Adeh to insure that this map meets the city's requirements regarding monumentation. Alpine has included copies of the Colorado Land Survey Monument Record for the monuments of interest to aid in Engineering in their review. Please advise if there is any additional work required beyond what has been submitted to meet City requirements. We would appreciate the City of Aspen's cooperation in a timely review of this map. Please call me directly if I can provide any additional information to help your review _ I believe this is our last set of submittals for Condominium Mapping at Aspen Highlands.
