SPECIAL MEETING COMMERCIAL CORE & LODGING COMMISSION JANUARY 31, 2024
Chairperson Cunniffe called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m.
Commissioners present: Terry Butler, Kiki Raj, Bill Dinsmoor, Angi Wang, Charles Cunniffe, Amanda
Tanka. Jeb Ball, Noemi Kiss-Baldwin, and Stephanie Davis were absent.
Staff present:
Nicole Henning, City Clerk
Emmy Garrigus, Downtown Services
Other attendees:
Alycin Bektesh, ACRA
Ward Hauenstein, City Council
Kathy Strickland, Saturday Market Manager
Mr. Dinsmoor motioned to approve the minutes; Ms. Wang seconded. All in favor, motion carried.
Ms. Strickland picked up where they left off from the previous meeting and continued going through the
returning Saturday market applications at 8:40 a.m.
At 9:30, they began evaluating the new vendor applications and got through the first 14 new vendors.
Ms. Strickland said they will finish the remaining 15 next time and will also bring up the map.
Mr. Cunniffe motioned to adjourn; Ms. Raj seconded. All in favor, motion carried at 10 a.m.
