Mayor Richards called the meeting to order at 12:40 p.m. with
Councilmembers Hershey, Paulson, Markalunas and McCabe present.
Councilman McCabe moved to go into executive session to discuss
personnel issues; seconded by Councilman Markalunas. All in favor,
motion carried.
Council went into executive session at 12:40 p.m.
