Mayor Richards called the special meeting to order at 5:10 p.m. with
Councilmembers McCabe, Markalunas, Hershey and Paulson present. Staff
present were Mary Roberts, Julie Ann Woods and John Worcester. Also
present was Jim Curtis.
Councilman Markalunas moved to go into executive session to discuss
litigation and negotiations; seconded by Councilman Paulson. All in favor,
motion carried.
Councilman Hershey moved to come out of executive session at 8:05 p.m.;
seconded by Councilman Paulson. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilman Hershey moved to adjourn at 8:05 p.m.; seconded by
Councilman Markalunas. All in favor, motion carried.
