Mayor Bennett called the Council meeting together at 12:20 p.m. with
Councilmembers Paulson, Richards and Vickery present.
Dorothea Farris called the Commissioners meeting to order at 12:20 p.m. with Mick
Ireland and Shellie Harper present.
Harper moved to go into executive session at 12:20 p.m.; seconded by Ireland. All
in favor, motion carried.
Councilman Paulson moved to go into executive session for the purposes of
discussing property acquisition at 12:20 p.m.; seconded by Councilwoman Richards.
All in favor, motion carried.
Councilman Vickery moved to come out of executive session at 1:55 p.m.; seconded
by Mayor Bennett. All in favor, motion carried.
Harper moved to come out of executive session at 1:55 p.m.; seconded by Ireland.
All in favor, motion carried.
Councilwoman Richards moved to adopt Resolution #6-A, Series of 1998,
approving the expenditure of $1,050,000 to facilitate the purchase of lots 1,2,3 and
fathering parcel of the Aspen Mass subdivision; seconded by Councilman Paulson.
All in favor, motion carried.
Councilman Paulson moved to adjourn at 1:55 p.m; seconded by Councilman
Vickery. All in favor, motion carried.
