Mayor Pro Tem Richards called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m. with
Councilmembers Paulson, Markalunas and Vickery present.
REQUEST FOR FUNDS - Sarah Pletts
Mayor Pro Tem Richards said she would hate to see the land forum not go forward
because of other fitnds not coming in. Mayor Pro Tem Richards said the city has a
non-profit grant request procedure. Mayor Pro Tem Richards requested Council
reconsider fitnding $700 out of contingency for this emergency request. Mayor Pro
Tem Richards said Ms. Pletts should be told in the fitture Council will not consider
requests out of sequence.
Councilman Markalunas moved to fitnd $700 om of Council contingency for the
forum; this money is not to be part of Ms. Pletts base request and in the fitture
Council will not consider requests not part of the regular procedure; seconded by
Mayor Pro Tem Richards. All in favor, motion carried.
Council requested a copy of the close out budget for this forum.
Councilman Vickery moved to adjourn at 5:15 p.m.; seconded by Councilman
Markalunas. All in favor, motion carried.
