Steve Buettow, Chairperson, called the Special Design Review Appeals
Commission meeting to order at 4:08 p.m. with members Roger Moyer and Dave
Johnson present. Staff members present were Julie Ann Woods, Amy Guthrie,
Community Development; David Hoefer, Assistant City Attorney; Jackie Lothian,
Deputy City Clerk.
PUBLIC HEARING:
CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING (05/08/97; 5/22/97):
935 GIBSON AVENUE, Mr. And Mrs. Tom Lewis - Construction of a Garage
Steve Buettow opened the continued public hearing for the construction of a
garage at 935 Gibson Avenue. Since there were only 3 members present the
applicant must decide whether or not they want to continue the hearing to a date
certain when more members may be available.
David Panico, representative for the applicant chose to continue to June 12th.
There were no public comments
MOTION: Roger Moyer moved to continue the request for the construction
of a garage at 935 Gibson to June 12th; seconded by Dave Johnson.
APPROVED 3-0.
REVIEW CRITERIA: a) yield greater compliance with the goals of the Aspen Area
Community Plan; b) more effectively address the issue or problem a given
standard or provision responds to; or c) be clearly necessary for reasons of
fairness related to unusual site specific constraints
