Mayor Klanderud called the special meeting to order at 4:05 p.m. with
CoUncilmembers Semrau and Paulson present.
ORDINANCE #34, SERIES OF 2002 - 635 West Bleeker Historic Lot
Split
Amy Guthrie, community development department, told Council when
Council approved this lot split in June, she had listed the two I°ts at 4500
square feet each. These lots will be 4200 and 4800 square feet. This does
nothing to change the character of the development nor does it affect the
historic structure.
Mayor Klanderud opened the public hearing. There were no comments.
Mayor Klanderud closed the public hearing.
Councilman Semrau moved to adopt Ordinance #34, Series of 2002, as an
emergency ordinance on second reading; seconded by Councilman Paulson.
Roll call vote; Councilmembers Paulson, yes; Semrau, yes; Mayor
Klanderud, yes. Motion carried.
CounCilman Semrau moved tO adjouTM int° a Work session at 4:06 p.m.;
seconded by Councilman Paulson. All in favor, motion carried.
Mayor Klanderud reconvened the Council at 5:20 p.m. with
Councilmembers Paulson and Semrau present.
Councilman Semrau moved to go into executive session at 5:20 pursuant to
C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(a) to discuss the acquisition, trade, conveyance or sale of
property and with SPARC regarding the purchase of the Iselin project;
seconded by Councilman Paulson. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilman Semrau moved to come out of executive session at 6:15 p.m.;
seconded by Councilman Paulson. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilman Paulson moved to adjoum at 6:15 p.m.; seconded by
Councilman Semrau,
