Mayor Pro Tem Gassman called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m. with
Councilmembers Tuite, Crockett and Peters present.
ORDINANCE #37, SERIES OF 1989 - Rezoning Red Roof Inns
Mayor Pro Tem Gassman opened the public hearing. Tom Baker,
planning office, told Council P & Z and staff recommend approval
of the request to rezone lot 2 from golf course support to public.
Mayor Pro Tem Gassman closed the public hearing.
Councilman Peters moved to adopt Ordinance #37, Series of 1989, on
second reading; seconded by Councilman Crockett. Roll call vote;
Councilmembers Tuite, yes; Crockett, yes; Peters, yes; Mayor Pro
Tem Gassman, yes. Motion carried.
Council adjourned at 5:05 p.m.
