Mayor Bennett called the meeting to order at 12:10 p.m. with
Councilmembers Pendleton, Reno and Peters present.
Councilwoman Pendleton moved to go into executive session for the
purpose of discussion personnel issues, the city attorney review.
All in favor, motion carried.
