Galena Aspen, CO 81611 HAND DELIVERED RE: AMENDED CONDOMINIUM PLAT MAP - BELINDA-BEE CONDOMINIUMS, ASPEN, COLORADO Dear Chris: We represent Aspen Base Operation, Inc., a Colorado corporation and pwner of that property located within the City of Aspen known as Lot 2, Brownell Subdivision Amended, on which property is located the Belinda-Bee Condominiums (the "Property"). Please find enclosed herein two (2) sets of the proposed First Amended Condominium Map of the Belinda-Bee Condominiums which has been prepared due to some minor amendments to the Property (reconfiguration of parking spaces, slight reconfiguration of two upper units, and minor changes in the limited common elements). Please also find enclosed herein the required filing fee of $460.00. Please contact me directly with any comments you may have. Otherwise, if the Plat is acceptable, please arrange for the City's execution of the Plat on the applicable certificates set forth thereon.
