AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
LEASE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ASPEN
LEASING CORP., SETTING FORTH TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR
OF TWO FORD PICKUPS, WHICH LEASE IS FOR A TERM OF FIVE
AND PROVIDES FOR AN ANNUAL LEASE PAYMENT OF $5093.75

THE LEASE
(5) YEARS
WHEREAS, the City Council is required, by reason of Section
10.8 of the home rule charter, to ratify all lease/purchase
agreements by ordinance, and it wishes to do so with respect to
such outstanding agreement between the City of Aspen and JINCO
Leas ing Corp.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That it does hereby ratify and approve that vehicle
lease purchase agreement between the City of Aspen and
JINCO Leasing Corp. providing for the leasing of a 1986
Ford 4x4 F150 pickup, Serial Number IFTEF14H6GPA90024 and
a 1986 Ford 4X4 Ranger Supercab Pickup, Serial Number

, under the following terms and
conditions:
Term of lease: 5 years
Annual lease payment:
$5,093.75
and such other common contract provisions as are specified in
the agreement itself ( on file in the office of the Director
of Finance of the City of Aspen).
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions thereof.
Section 3
Nothing 1n this ordinance shall be construed to affect any
right, duty or liability under any ordinances in effect prior to
the effective date of this ordinance, and the same shall be con-
tinued and concluded under such prior ordinance.
Section 4
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the
22nd day of September, 1986 at the Aspen City Hall, 130
South Galena Street, Aspen, Colorado.
