easement to land the Maroon Creek Pedestrian Bridge. Please

Re: Maroon Creek Pedestrian Bridge Plat Amendment- Community
Development Department's Comments
Please make the following changes to the plat prior to submitting two mylar
copies with all of the signature blocks signed with the exception ofthe City
Engineer, City Community Development Director, and the Pitkin County
Clerk and Recorder.
1. Include a signature block for the Maroon Creek Club Master
Association.
2. Include a plat note that indicates that this plat vacates and replaces the
easement agreement recorded at reception # for the Maroon
Creek Pedestrian Bridge.
3. Encroachment on the north side of property must be removed. It was
not approved on the building permit site plan.
4. Apply for a stream margin exemption prior to submitting final mylar
plats.
5. All ofthe City Engineer's Comments must be reflected on the final set
of two mylar plats in addition to the Community Development
Department's comments.
