Thank You, James Lindt t"") ~ MEMORANDUM To: Tom Newland From: James Lindt, City of Aspen Planning Techni<cian Date: November 9,2001 Re: Maroon Creek Pedestrian Bridge Plat Amendment- Community Development Department's Comments Please make the following changes to the plat prior to submitting two mylar copies with all of the signature blocks signed with the exception ofthe City Engineer, City Community Development Director, and the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder. 1. Include a signature block for the Maroon Creek Club Master Association. 2. Include a plat note that indicates that this plat vacates and replaces the easement agreement recorded at reception # for the Maroon Creek Pedestrian Bridge. 3. Encroachment on the north side of property must be removed. It was not approved on the building permit site plan. 4. Apply for a stream margin exemption prior to submitting final mylar plats. 5.
