'Sheet 1: Confirm that the utility easement runs surrounds property and these are not building setbacks. 'Sheet 1: Show first floor boundary between unit 1 and 2 with note that unit 1 extends over unit 2 on second floor. 'Sheet 2: Show entry to unit 2. 'Sheet 2: Show existing conditions. Comments: Hi Maria, Please have the attached changes made to the Condo Plat for 810 Bonita Drive, When the changes have been made please submit 2 mylar copies with all of the signatures completed with the exception of the Community Development Engineer, Community Development Director, and the County Clerk and Recorder.
