Thank you for your patience regarding the approval of the modification to the Building Envelope
on Lot 27, FiveTrees. Pursuantto the.M.ast~r, Declaration ofth~ Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions for the MFPUD Section 20.4, a mail ballot vote was conducted and more than the
required 67% approval of the total membership of the Moore Family PUD Master Association
was granted.
This letter serves to inform you that your request for building envelope modification has
been approved.

Per our meeting this morning. attached is a drawing showing the revised envelope for Lot 27. The area
we are adding to is 584 SF. This equals the area we are removing as shown on the drawing.
