Mayor Bennett called to order the special meeting at 5:30 p.m. with
Councilmembers Vickery, Richards, Markalunas and Paulson present.
Councilman Paulson moved to go into executive session to discuss potential
litigation; seconded by Councilman Markalunas. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilwoman Richards moved to come out of executive session at 7:10 p.m.;
seconded by Councilman Paulson. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilman Vickery moved to continue the special meeting to April 9, 1998 at 3
p.m.; seconded by Councilman Markalunas. All in favor, motion carried.
