Mayor Bennett called to order the continued special meeting at 3:10 p.m. with
Councilmembers Markalunas, Paulson and Vickery present.
Councilman Vickery moved to go into executive session for the prupose of
discussing potential litigation, potential property acquisition, personnel issues and
negotiations; seconded by Councuilman Markalunas. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilman Markalunas moved to come out of executive session at 4:25 p.m.;
seconded by Councilman Paulson. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilman Markalunas moved to adjourn at 4:25 p.m.; seconded by Councilman
Paulson. All in favor, motion carried.
