WHEREAS, Lana and Henry Trettin as Trustees of the PS Productions Ll.mited Benefit Plan Communicatl.ons, owners of the real property described as 17 Queen Street, Parcel I of the Boundary Agreement Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13 at Page 35 of the records of Pl. tkin County, Colorado, have filed an applicatl.on for historic landmark designation pursuant to section 7-701 of the Land Use Code. WHEREAS, the property was added to the official Inventory of Historic sites and structures in 1989, and has received the historic evaluation ratl.ng of "4"; and WHEREAS, the Historic Preservatl.on Committee recommended historic designation at a duly noticed publl.c meeting on November 29, 1989; and WHEREAS, the Aspen Planning and Zoning commission recommended hl.storic designation for the portl.on of the parcel immediately associated with historl.c resource at a duly notl.ced public hearing on February 20, 1990; and WHEREAS, Cl.ty Council wl.shes to pursue those recommendations and complete the designation process.
