Section 2 If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion thereof. 4 Section 3 A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the ~e~ day of ~/h~ J , 1991, at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Cha~er, Aspen city Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
