Mayor Bennett called to order the joint meeting with the Pitkin County
Commissioners at 8:20 a.m. with members Paulson, Richards and Markalunas
present; Commissioners Mick Ireland, Bill Tuite, Leslie Lamont and Shellie Harper
present.
Councilman Paulson moved to go into executive session for the purpose of
discussing negotiations and possible litigation; seconded by Councilman
Markalunas. All in favor, motion carried.
Ms. Lamont moved to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing
negotiations and possible litigation; seconded by Ireland. All in favor, motion
carried.
Ms. Harper moved to come out of executive session at 9:40 .am.; seconded by
Tuite. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilwoman Richards moved to adjourn at 9:40 a.m.; seconded by Councilman
Paulson. All in favor, motion carried.
Ms. Lamont moved to adjourn at 9:40 a.m.; seconded by Tuite. All in favor, motion
carried.
