(Series of 1982) AN ORDINANCE ZONING THE PITKIN RESERVE ANNEXATION WHICH LAND WAS ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF ASPEN PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 67, SERIES OF 1981, AND THE COLORADO MUNICIPAL ANNEXATION ACT WHEREAS, the Aspen Planning and Zoning Co~mnission did hold a public hearin9 on September 22, 1981, to consider the preliminary plat subdivision application for the Pitkin Reserve Subdivision; and WHEREAS, in con~unction with the preliminary plat su~[~ission application, the Planning Co~ission did also consider a proposal to zone the Pitkin Reserve Annexation as R-30/PUD; and W~{EREAS, in Resolution 81-12, approved on September 29, 1981, the Planning Conlr~lission did recommend that the City Council zone the Pitkin Reserve Annexation as R-30/PUD; and WHEREAS, the Aspen City Council does desire to accept the recommendations of the Planning Commission and zone the Pitkin Reserve Annexation as R-30/PUD. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1 That from and after the effective date of this ordinance, tne property identified as the Pitkin Reserve Annexation, more parti- cularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein, shall be zoned R-30/PUD, and be subject to those zoning regulations applicable to said zone district and described in Chapter 24 of the Aspen Municipal Code (as now exists or may here- after be amended).
